Dr Cain was amazing and the office staff were incredibly helpful and empathetic to my situation. I appreciate every employee there especially Eddy for getting me in for an emergency. It may have not been a life or death emergency but when you lose your hearing for days and starts messing with your balance it's miserable. It was definitely something I don't ever want to go through again and I would strongly recommend these doctors over any other ear nose and throat doctor in the state. Keep up the good work.
